    Great workout, lots of cardio and plyometrics. Used stretch bands for some strength moves.

    Running really hurts my Ta-Ta's!! Knee felt good. Last 2 minutes, knee began to ache, but not bad...Really tired and didn't want to run, but my husband dragged me out, and I am grateful.

    Swam a fast 500yd for lifeguard training, then lots of treading water and working on guard skills in the water.

    Felt icky before class. Hand was really hurting, which made it hard to demonstrate arm balances. On the bright side, I was able to practice my verbal cues.

    Taught 2 classes today...8:30AM and 6:30PM. Felt good...great classes and students doing high level stuff. Noticed my hand injury is starting to act up.

    Ran at night because it was so incredibly hot outside today. After about 12 minutes, my knee started throbbing and i had to walk. Felt like I could have kept running, but my knee did not agree.

      So did your doctor have any tips about the knee? Alex has a bad knee too and the only thing he can really do is baby it and that gets on his nerves. Do you wear a brace? Heat it with a pad? Ice it?

      Anyway, hope it gets warmer by you so that you feel better on your walks!

    Jebus! Our instructor was fierce! Yoga + weights = YOW! My whole body ached afterwards. The next day I felt fine, but I was definitely struggling to get through the whole class. SWEATY!

    Great. easy and smooth. Showing friends how to do the moves and trying out a few new ones shown in pictures. May not have been the safest thing, but at least we had spotters!
