      Yay... you should join us this Saturday at the San Leandro Marina... halfers only need to do 2-4 miles!! And it's "invite a guest" weekend. =)

    Felt the effects on a very over-indulgent weekend, so tired, did not want to do an hour but if I want this knee to get better, I just gotta DO THE DAMN THING! So glad when it was OVER!!!
