    good run - would have loved to have gone longer but ran out time. Enjoyed the solo head clearing time though.

    Great dark o'clock run this morning. I managed to save myself from wiping out after tripping on my own feet over a non-existent curb. Grace and coordination...I gots it.

    lovely run with the hubs and friends. Tons of people out in the path which is always great to see.
