So... stinkin... slow...
I know its gonna take sometime to get back in shape but good grief. At times I would feel as if I was running with all my might and my legs couldn't possibly go any faster and then I look down at my Garmin and... 13:00?!?! Are. you. kidding me?
The first mile was 11:13 (which I am okay with), the second was closer to 13:00, and the final 2 stayed right around the average pace.
