Okay, 2nd training run for the marathon was better. I felt creaky because of my break, but other than that I'd say this run was good. It was mighty cold, so that might account for some of the creakiness. I also have new shoes, Brooks Ghost 7's, I like them a lot better than the Saucony Kinvaras, though I still might use those on shorter runs.
