    Shin killed the whole time, I called a sport doc and made an appointment. It feels fine now, so I might try and run again tomorrow, we'll see.

    #rwrunstreak my inner shin splints were very "loud" this run, I iced the left one for 10 minutes and that helped. I might have to switch back to my Pure Flows from my Kinvaras....waaah
