    Starting the New Year out right! Didn't run because I don't want to burn out and the treadmill was being sassy. I'm clumsy enough to know not to push it. I feel GREAT!

      I hate injuries and pain! It's always so hard to figure out when you should keep going and when you should stop! Whatever you did is fine, and just keep it up!
