    It was fun, I was looking for Venus, but I guess I got out a little too late. The sun was to close to the horizon so I couldn't see it over the houses and trees.

    Hills were tough today, was it the heat, my hips or the fact that I haven't been running Im not sure....just glad that my get up and go, got up and went!

    It was nice to get out and enjoy a few rain drops. I haven't been out in over a week because of my hip issues, but this run went well and I look forward to many more this week. :)

  18. Had to take a week off doctor orders, problems with my lower back/hips. Hope to be running again tomorrow. Fingers crossed, but not my broken finger. Omg, I'm falling apart. Lol

      Right on, Laura...I know those trails. Not as sweet as the trails at Malden Park but they are still fun. Nice run today.

      Hmm, I'll have to give them a try. Just wish Malden was closer, I've pretty much memorized the whole trail and know where all the stumps are. Great run Laura, you're making lots of progress. We're going to have to test all of this this weekend at Pinckney!! :)
