    Ran to the New Berlin Recreational Trail... takes me 2 miles to get there, so I ran another 5 on the trail, then another 2 back home! Started misting on the last mile, felt great!

      Haha - thanks guys. I'm just using the terminology from my training plan. I've definitely gotta work on learning to pace myself.
