    Ran the Minooka Park trails this morning. Hit the big hill 3 times and the even bigger hill 3 times. (getting real technical this morning)! Felt a-okay.

    Ran the trails at Minooka tonight... hit the big hill 3 times. Felt good! My knees are slightly achy from Saturday's 16 on pavement, so the wood chip and grass trails felt like a relief!

    8 hilly miles in Minooka Park this morning... 1 for each Peanut Butter Nutella Cookie I ate yesterday. ;) Hit the big hill on miles 2, 3 and 4. Felt a bit achy in the knees, but felt good overall.
