OMG, run-walking now rules my universe!! I set out with the idea that I'd just walk briskly, but once I threw in a run interval during a good song, I knew what the score would be and just did that the whole time. My run pace was around 12:30-13:00 per minute, which felt lovely and comfortable, and my walk pace was around 15:00, so I never felt overly tired. Young Money really behaved on this one--and oddly enough, I was WAY more comfortable running now than I was three weeks ago, despite the whole "actually showing/bigger belly" business. I think the second trimester will be nice indeed...
