Meant to do 3 miles of walking (with a few run intervals) but felt good about running one song, walking the next. Then, it began to thunder and I realized I had no plastic bag for my iPod, so I hauled tail and ran the rest of the way--about a full mile non-stop-ish? Felt great, even if I'm a billion times slower; my 12:30 baby-carrying pace felt like a 10:30 pace used to feel in terms of effort and speed.
