      A couple of weeks ago it started hurting at the prairie fire half. I am resting it now so I can do a full I have may 31 and hospital hill June 7. Overuse issue. Good news is, it has felt great today!

      Which full on the 31st? I'm doing a half that day at Whiteman Air Force Base. I've not done Hospital HIll yet. It's on my list, but it has to occur on a date that is NOT my wedding anniversary. My wife supports my running, but that might be a little too much to ask of her.

      Lol. Flint hills marathon and 40 miler. Starts near Ottawa. Flat and scenic. I will probably be walking most of it unless the knee is 100%. Happy early anniversary!

    Hot! Knee went wonky about mile 10, but not bad one week post 50k and I didn't exercise at all this week because of blisters.

    First run ever longer than 26.2. Hip bothered me after the turnaround so I walk a lot, but got it done. Feels amazing to be an ultra marathoner!!
