    I decided to do some incline walking...which is apparently really boring! I don't like using headphones when I run, but I definitely will need them if I decide to incline walk again!

    After taking a break from running...I'm back to 3 mile runs 2-3 times a week. My new goal is to run 3 miles in 30 minutes.
