Excellent! We were doing 8:30 and faster sometimes. Walked just a bit before mile 3 because of my stupid blood sugar. I didn't eat enough yesterday-darn it! Lightheaded-mess went away and ran strong to finish our 6. Large tree down on Rock Island Trail.
