Excellent! We were doing 8:30 and faster sometimes. Walked just a bit before mile 3 because of my stupid blood sugar. I didn't eat enough yesterday-darn it! Lightheaded-mess went away and ran strong to finish our 6. Large tree down on Rock Island Trail.


Was a beautiful morning to get out. Nice job on pushing through the light headedness. Been ages since we all ran together.

Yeah when I said I was lightheaded Michelle said "oh no! I don't wanna carry you!" haha! So glad it passed. We will meet at NE Y Sat morning if you care to join. I havent been running w/Ace while calves were getting back to normal. poor pup.

I'll need to get up at 5am and slog on over to the NE Y (they meet at 5:30). Plan to go 10-12, up tempo. Need to be done by 7:15. This week is easy - away meet at Ballard. Next week we host Eastridge and Irving at UNI for their annual summer dual meet that someone else get's to host... ah yes.
