    Nice to meet Cindy this morning on her side of town. Good change of scenery. Only 4 hours of sleep but it was good therapy, for both of us! Hills and hills and 39 degrees

    with Sarah. some of our miles were at a 9:10-9:15 pace. felt good. my last mile home was 8:50-9:10 pace. great run.

    Coolest half marathon ever! Bands throughout the whole course and we got to run on the Indy 500 track!!
