This short, but powerful ride was part 2 of tonight's workout. I started out with 2 sets of a core strength workout, then finished off with 10 hard min on the bike and 2 cool down minutes on the bike.

INTENSITY = that's the one word that describes this quick, but intense workout. While carrying a 30.4km/hr pace, this was my fastest bike workout to date!
