      Golf course running is indeed fun. I don't understand why courses don't like runners on the paths when no golfers are there (too early or too late). But when I get to run on golf cart paths I respect the rules the courses have in place and if they don't like it I respect that too even if I don't understand it.

      Nice run and pace Laura. I kind of know how you feel at the minute Laura running with that injury. It can really make you think i'll not bother. I'm still injured from the sciatica...caused an injury down my right leg but it's getting better (I think). You've gotta not forget that of all my friends on here you're one of the best runners there is. Get better soon..:)

      @Helene Right now I rotate between my Newton Motions, Brooks Pure Cadence, and Altra Provisioness and wear Merrell MixMasters on the trail so I have a pretty good rotation going. Haven't decided what I'm going to replace the Newtons with-----either another Newton or the Saucony Kinvara 4's.
      @Marcie This is my 3rd pair of Newtons and I really like them a lot. This is the first problem I've had with them so I don't think it's Newtons in general.
