    Wills Hills today, first off 24 minutes of an Indian run, which was fun. Then 4 sets of 3 hills, easy, medium and then hard. Good workout.

    Nice flat straight road to run....my kind of run! Temps perfect again at dusk. First night run of the race. Was about a minute plus faster than predicted pace time.

    8th most difficult leg on the course today. Hilly on rocky dirt roads....Blech! Temp was about right at 60. Those hills kicked my booty but at least I was a minute faster than predicted!
