    I worked out with my trainer. We mostly focused on upper body strength training. She threw some plyo at me, and that was interesting. Anyone who knows me, knows I can't jump. Definitely tough!

    Since it was blistering cold, I ran on the treadmill in my gym and apparently it shuts off at 60 minutes. Lesson learned.
