WOW! Felt TONS better than I did on Thursday. Always fun to run with Girlfriends. Took it easy the first few miles, and then let loose at the end. That was fun! Knee held up, that's always good. ;-) Mile splits: (10:20, 9:36, 9:43, 9:43, 9:35, 9:06, 8:20) Oh yeah! We were HAULIN' on that last mile. ;-)

    Wow! You sure had a fast burst at the end there! Way to go! We have had quite a few days below freezing when I go running...I kind of think I run faster in the cold. Maybe those last 2 miles, show you do too!
