Well, let's just say this wasn't pretty. Suffered with a horrible stomach ache the minute I started running. Didn't feel better till mile 4.5, and by then I was counting down the seconds till I could get home. HR was all over the place today, and legs felt like lead. Tomorrow is a rest day for sure. Lap pace avg: 9:17, 9:38, 9:45, 9:23, 9:23, 8:32. Hmmm... can you tell when I started feeling better?
