    Ran at 5-5.8 mph for 1 mile then ran intervals starting at 6 then to 6.5 and then 7 and walked in between. Hopped on Elliptical, but had to cut it short. Kids were with me.

    I ran and walked on treadmill for 2.5 miles and then I hopped on the elliptical for another 1.25 miles. Felt great!

    We joined Lifetime Fitness and I am so excited about cross training! I ran for 1 Mile, Biked for 3 Miles and did the Elliptical for 1 Mile. It was hard after 4 Months! But it will get better.

    I ran for just under 2 miles and walked the rest on a 4% incline at 4mph. I was tired...just couldn't make myself do more. Ugh!
