    it went well today.I walked at a steady pace today and still finished at a good time..feet did not cramp since i didn't run or jog..

    I Walked and ran periodically through this neighborhood up and down each side street.. still catching cramps in my feet ugh!! this keeps me form running a much as i would like!!
