    Woah! Where did this come from? Too many beers and Döner kebabs had made me sluggish and tired. Finally got off the arse to a cool nighttime jog. Kept it easy but steady. Aretha helped.

      Think of it this way: it's good endurance training. When you've gone up and down a few hills on a regular basis, running on flat land is so much easier, and you're not thrown for a loop when you do encounter an incline.
