    Just can't muster much speed yet. It was rainy and 46 degrees. Felt kind of nice in the rain. But so cloudy that my Garmin would not lock onto a satellite until about a mile into my walk.

    Beautiful day. Very windy 16mph. Great walk. Felt good, and no hip pain. The Dorothys were good for 12 miles - not bad for a racing flat. Finished strong. Now have to ice down my hips.

      Yes, wore the Dorothys! Got a lot of comments. Actually a few of the guys are going to go out and buy a pair. Went over to Second Sole yesterday, threw the other pair on the counter and said to give me a new pair of the Dorothys. I am set.
