      That was a hard one! Hell, you finished it in good time and that is with walking and being in pain! This commands respect :) Yup, I bet you had an electrolyte issue as Ken pointed out. Rest well tonight.

      Kaylee, thanks. My average is 6 miles but I go on a feeding frenzy all day too. I had a bad ankle/achilles sprain last year that put me out of running for months. This year I am being extra careful. Hey Kaylee, can I add you as a friend. I only have 3.
