      it was a nice ride on a beautiful day. I should've saved the cycling for the humidity though. Doing it Bass Ackwards :)

      Matthew-I usually get bummed at my summer running pace. Keep at it-once the temps and humidity drop, you will be amazed at how better your running is. This weather is not conducive to easy running!

      Yea, I just hate where I am right now. After the Half and my grand father's passing I just ho-hummed, muddled around, and now I'm kicking myself. But happy I'm getting it done!

  11. Is anyone using the Daily Mile app on iPhone? I'm trying to login with my Facebook account (as I do on the website) but it fails to connect. Has anyone else run in to this issue?

Re:your comment, you should def. visit!I've been to Abruzzo but it was a long time ago, when I was a kid, and visited especially Parks and medieval "borghi", don't think I've been to Pescara!
