Did eight 250 yd sets of 8-1-1- lengths of free/breast/back. Wasn't particularly pleased with these positive splits as I want these all to be at 5:00, but after I dropped the hammer on yesterday's bike ride less than 12 hours ago I shouldn't expect too much here. Splits:
5:09 - 5:08 - 5:13 - 5:18 - :25 (rest) - 5:05 - 5:17 - 5:23 - 5:20
