      Leah, in the offseason I think that number of calories might work for me (200 lb male). I've been training for 2+ years and I think this is the first time I've taken more than just a couple of weeks break.

      Yeah, the mental part gets me sometimes. I always have a hard time when my training is at a high point. I start feeling burned out and question why I do so much. Yet on the other hand I never feel like I do enough either. The longer we keep at it though, the better our quality of life is. We know how terrible we feel when we don't do it.
