    good PiYo: Core 00:30

You think you have a strong core until you get challenged. I did PiYo's Core workout. There was some quivering, grunting, and whimpering involved here, but I got it done. I had to put a tow... read more

I love running in the dark. No really, I do. I especially love when I start my morning with a progressive run. I had to chase some people down. They didn't know they were in my sights until I ... read more

My Fenix refuses to tell me that sort of thing. Maybe it's sulking because I refused to pay an extra $50 for a HRM. Maybe because I've turned into a fat slob during my injury and it doesn't have a couch-potato mode.

Pope, yes you have to buy the new HRM in order to get the extra bells and whistles.

PiYo Upper & Lower Body. Lots of sweat. Feeling better. Mastered 80% of the moves.

  5. I've had 5 different people ask to buy my Garmin 910XT watch now that I have my Garmin Fenix 2. I guess its a popular watch now that all the bugs are fixed.

I received a Garmin for Christmas and still haven't used it. I suppose I should start and get all of those fancy charts you were talking about earlier on FB.

So, this is my excuse. Within weeks of receiving my gift I became injured. I want to wait and use the Garmin when I start running steadily outside which will probably be next season.

I blame the Fenix for my calf tear. It's entirely innocent, of course, but I've got to vent on something. Even though I still love it.
