    Kept running up hill in to a head wind, but some how enjoyed it, weird!
    Have discovered like listening to the Foos when cycling, having Jamiroquai blasting in your ears is the best thing for running.

    Day started off quite fresh under the winter sun, but got pretty cold by lunch time. Great ride out with Si, Nige, Stew and Garthy, really enjoyable to get out in a group again.
