  3. RUN
    good Trentonfest 5K 3.1 mi 00:22 07:09 pace

Ran the Trentonfest 5K today. Placed 4th overall...1st in my age group. Felt good while running. Still looking to break that 22 min mark and 7 min/mile pace.

  8. RUN
    great Highland Strassenlauf 5K 3.1 mi 00:23 07:19 pace

Race went good today. Weather was perfect. Time was a little slower than last year, but I'm happy with it. Finished 35th overall out of 400+ runners. Thanks everyone for the support!

  9. RUN
good Highland, IL 3.4 mi 00:27 07:47 pace

Ran in town tonight. Pretty humid out there, but not too bad at all. Calves were a little tight towards the end, but I took it pretty easy since I'm running in a local 5K on Saturday morning.

Pic coming soon. Thanks for the compliments. 3-4 miles is about as far as I can maintain that pace. I crash after that. Running a 5K on Saturday. Last years time was 22:22.
