hahaha. I don't think it's an excuse. I always slow down during the commercials. They either pique my interest so I slow to watch, or like you said I just get bored with them and let my eyes start wandering the room!

I know just where you are coming from Lana and it is so difficult when work can be long and hellish! I'm really having to motivate and I suppose think of myself and my own health and fitness which has suffered since I got a new job last year. But yeah, killer new wardrobe and smaller size here we come!! ;)

It's days like that that I make myself get a run in, and skip the low-stress days. You'll feel so much better, de-stressed, and accomplished & happy with yourself. Forget the long term goals, it will instantly make you feel better once you get a great workout in. And remember... there's always tomorrow!

You're right, it does! It's amazing how much of a mood boost even the smallest run can give! I just have to keep that in mind the next time I'm feeling down! lol
