      Be sure not to push too hard. Easy pace and lots of stretching after your workout. It will come around again..

      Honestly? I think it was my new running pants\skort. The waist was too loose. I must've lost a bit of weight or they stretched...? In other britches were falling down!!

      That would be frustrating! I've always given new running clothes a test run, to be sure it fits, doesn't chafe, etc.. Congrats on the weight loss, though.... ;)
