    Back to logging my miles after a hiatus in which the runs were short and sporadic. Hooray! Getting back to running in the summer is so hard. Hot, hot, hot!

    Really didn't want to get out and run this morning, but I did it, and it turned out surprising well. Paced myself slow in the first half, ran negative splits in the back 9.
