  1. I wish you all a Happy New Year. I don't have any significant runs this year. As a result I have decided not to use dailymile in 2015. I may resume entries in 2016.

    Windchill under 10F, so I decided to run on the treadmill. I just set to 0 elevation, and tried to finish 8:30 pace or better.

      I'm usually happy to run outside if 10F windchill. Wind was okay when I started, but got stronger during my run.

    I managed to get out the door on a cold day. I started slow, but run ended up going pretty well. I decided to focus on running form, and staying injury free, so I ran a little slower than usual.

    Weather was a little cool and windy. I went easy for the first half, with the wind in my face. I ran faster, and felt pretty good on the second half, with the wind at my back.

      Thanks PJ. I should add that I haven't had time to make posts daily, and comment on other's workouts.

      Currently, none of my friends or coworkers are planning to run Ragnar Wasatch Back. If I can get healthy by May, I'll probably look for a team.

    I was hoping to run just under a 9 min/mi pace. Normally, this would be an easy pace, but I had to push a little bit to make the pace. Hopefully, my pace goes up in the next couple of months.
