    Run went well, as planned.

  3. RUN

Thanks PJ. I should add that I haven't had time to make posts daily, and comment on other's workouts.

Currently, none of my friends or coworkers are planning to run Ragnar Wasatch Back. If I can get healthy by May, I'll probably look for a team.

  8. RUN
    South Weber 11 mi 01:47 09:42 pace

  9. RUN
    HAFB North 3.1 mi 00:28 08:55 pace

I was hoping to run just under a 9 min/mi pace. Normally, this would be an easy pace, but I had to push a little bit to make the pace. Hopefully, my pace goes up in the next couple of months.

  10. RUN
HAFB Pond Loop 3 mi 00:26 08:47 pace

Run went okay. I was a little slower than my goal pace.

  11. RUN

Run went okay. I barely made my goal pace.

  12. RUN
    South Weber 6.2 mi 00:55 08:51 pace

Weather was very nice for this time of year. This may be my last outside run in a short sleeve shirt until the end of winter.

  13. RUN
    HAFB West 3.1 mi 00:27 08:41 pace

Second run of a low mileage week; ran a little faster than on Monday.

    Run went as planned.

  16. RUN
    South Weber 10 mi 01:32 09:11 pace

I had a nice run. Rain and snow were in the forecast, and I was happy to get in a fall run before the winter running starts.

  17. RUN
    HAFB West 3.1 mi 00:27 08:51 pace

Not as cold as the day before. I was planning a 10 mi run the next day, and tried not to run too fast.

  18. RUN
HAFB Pond Loop 3 mi 00:26 08:46 pace

Cool weather. I tried not to run too hard.

  19. RUN
HAFB West and North 6.2 mi 00:57 09:13 pace

When it gets cold I slow down. My main goal over the cold months is to not get injured.
