      Thanks. I can't believe looking back at my times how much working nights kills you. Recovery from work and motivation is the key. Are you training for something or just back to kickin some butt?

      I'm training. I'm on vacation in April and running a half. :) Only part-time butt kicking. LOL I can imagine a change in schedule on how it challenges free time.
