      It was only 6. I don't think i am any faster. My first speed since the sprained foot. It finally feels 100%.

    Such a gorgeous day. Ran an easy 9:20 pace and then stepped it up 9:11, 9:02, 8:48. Today was a day I felt like I could run forever.
