      Ouch.... is it worth it to get the time if you suffer an injury and then delay training? I'm only asking, not judging... because this truly a personal decision.

      take it easy on legs today and work on upper body or take today as your easy day i took an easy day yesterday and i still managed to get in 3 miles on my pedometer and lost a lb

    Loved this workout. I'm not the most coordinated individual. I felt like a fish out of water at times. One exercise was too much for my knee. Ouchy!!!
