This really should not count that much toward my weekly mileage, but I did put in 19 mostly leisurely miles with some hills thrown in. Great day for riding a bike - trying to keep up with friends running the Iron Man 70.3 in town and also managed to ride the bike to brunch. I'll also did a short kettle session today. I moved my mid-long run to Monday where 13 miles will be on deck.
