Three weeks in. I've replaced traditional PT with this, as traditional PT helped briefly, but then I relapsed. I'm loving the increase in strength. I miss running, but this is definitely helping!

Just got the news on discharge from PT-running is no longer an option for me. Still trying to process how I feel about that.

Had to increase incline by 2 til I reached 10 then walk on that incline for 5 minutes then decrease by two to stop. Slightly twinged early on then got loose.

Jog in a pool. Its so good for you and it takes the pressure off your knee. Swimming is also great.
