After switching from the new shoes, I threw on my old ones. Several problems with this run. First, I learned today that there is a patch on a portion of the road I was on that the signal just disappears. For instance, when I stopped to adjust my IT Band wrap, I paused my app at 3.86, when I resumed it and took a few steps, it jumped to 4.10 and said my pace was 6 mins!!! Absolutely not. So, I won't be venturing down that road again. It totally messed up my mood and time. Sooo, I'm adding extra minutes to make up for the mistake. Lastly, my knee started killing me! The run in the new shoes didn't give me that problem. So I'm convinced that buying a bigger, wider size that is a stability shoe may have been the right call.
