This one felt good, especially after yesterday's long run. After watching so many of the Olympic running events, I am so proud to be a runner; I will never be as fast as anyone I saw, but I share the same thrill of feet to ground, the sweat on my brow(and everywhere else), and the pain and pleasure from pushing myself as hard as I can and still going out the next day.     It's been pretty awesome watching the track and field events - and then the marathon this morning. The person who developed my training program used to be an elite runner and has said that the feelings, the pain, the euphoria and black toe nails are universal to ALL runners and how true that is. Great workout, Momma :)
