WHOOO HOO!!! Longest run ever and most miles ever in one week! There was Zero humidity tonight and I decide I absolutely had to keep going. I've been kind of a puss about adding mileage, and 3 is getting boring, so no more excuses. Tried to work on lengthening my stride too. Goal for next week: 16 miles
