great Austin 10/20 Race 10.13 mi 01:40 09:52 pace

Last year I did this race coming off a billion half marathons and lots of speedwork. I reasonably could have done way better better but my head quit and I came in at 1:41 something. This year, I've only done one double digit run, and only two 3 mile runs at the pace I was trying to hold, and those were on the oval (no elevation changes) all out. I was kinda scared of trying to do that for 7 more miles. However, I went in with the MO of sub-10 or hurt myself real bad trying, and I was able to keep my head in the game the whole time and do that. I'm not sure where it came from, but I was really happy badass Leah showed up today to race.
