good Easy After Work Run 3.1 mi 00:37 11:56 pace

Forgot to put this in. Legs were toast from bike test this morning, HR was super low, but muscles were not in the mood to work. HR avg was something in the high 140s, max was probably high 160s chugging up the hill. Do love the after work runs though! :)
