great Pace Bend Hill Ride 18.66 mi 01:14 15.1mph pace

Went out and rode those same hills we ran... three times. Felt pretty strong after my legs got into this. We had one pretty epic climb each lap that made our hearts pop out of our chests, but other than that felt pretty strong on the hills.HR Avg 161, max 184. Max speed was 35.9 - I had my big girl bike shorts on and really flew down some of those hills without braking.
