There was no flats here. Either we were going up, or going down. Was a little slow to warm up, enjoyed bombing the uphills in miles 2,3, and 4, and lost most of my juice and just sort of tried to make it to the end for miles 5 and 6. Pretty decent time considering the amount of climbing. Avg 150, max 178 (this seems low and my HR monitor was loose).
