5 mins warmup (1.95 miles) and then a challenge to go as fast as possible for 30 mins. Pretty happy with 15.83 miles in 30, and my first average trainer speed over 30 mph (and probably higher if you take out the ~23 mph warmup for 5 mins). That probably translates to nothing on outdoor rides, but it's nice to see improvement since Jan. HR Avg: 142 (which means this is the sort of effort I need to be making on tempo days). Upping the resist next week from 3/5 to 4/5, so I expect my speed to tank.

Thanks all. To be fair, I'm lucky to break 20 mph on an outdoor flat course, and my speed is really slow outside because I'm not used to hills again yet, but hopefully this shows improvement to come this season.

    Great Performance:

I cant do that with a downhill sprint, a tail wind, and a rocket strapped to my ass so this one racks up as pretty f*cking awesome in my book Leah!
