great SM Day 1 of the rest of the year 00:45

So, I follow this program for the rest of season, skipping A or B+ race weeks. 3x... 10 leg presses (210/210/290), 10 rows (80/80/100), 20 situps on incline w/10 lb plate, 20 hamstring curls w/75 lbs, 10 pulldowns (70/70/90). Nice long stretch to get the scuba kinks out of my system.
