3x 40 sec... plank hold, side plank hold (each side), bridge hold, boat pose hold, superman hold, downward dog, calf raise hold, wall squat hold. Changing it up tonight, muscles definitely feel differently worked (didn't feel like much at the time but I can tell I did it now!).
